Sign up for Wednesday Prime Time Night League starting May 30th – Novice and Experience players

Sign up for Friday Night League starting June 1st - We will play Friday 5 weeks round robin in pairs and then be combined to play 5 weeks in fours.

Sign up in pairs or singles. Singles will be combined with other singles. Limit to 12 teams or 24 players. Poster in Clubhouse.

Hi Everybody,

I have the final amount for the garage sale $592.08 and some good prospects to join the club with Heather joining that day. We need goodies for the freezer for the Lynn McElroy Memorial Trophy to be held at our club on May 22nd and 23rd. This does not mean that only the ladies need to bake but the men can also bake or buy something at a store.

Well after a very good scratch triples match and a very successful semi annual general meeting, topped off with a roast chicken supper and all the trimmings. I am pleased to inform you that the club is open for regular summer bowling commencing on Monday the 23^rd of April. So you have no excuse not to come out and bowl.

The 2012 Lawn Bowling season got underway with an Open House for those who would like to take up the game.

There will be an Semi Annual General Meeting next Saturday the 21st of April followed by a Chicken Dinner.

Are you ready for a new Lawn Bowling Season?

 

Saturday April 14th 9 am – Club Clean up – Please Come out to put the club into shape for the new season. We have lots of minor and Major jobs indoor and outside.

 

Sunday April 15th Open House – 1 pm to 3 pm – Posters in the Club – First Bowl of the season will be thrown by Charlayne Thornton-Joe, City of Victoria Councillor.

 

Saturday April 21st SAGM – 1 pm to 3 pm Bowling Weather permitting, 3 pm to 5 pm SAGM and after that Chicken Dinner supplied by the Club (contact Flo Steel 250-388-9268 if you can bring a Salad or Desert.)

 

Monday April 23rd 9 am to 12 noon Markers Clinic at Victoria West Lawn Bowling Club by Nick Watkins – Interested in becoming a Marker contact Harvey Rogalsky 250-388-9268?
